Ms. Alice has a decade of experience in Project Management and administration, strategic planning, project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and institutional capacity development, and communication.

Before joining the World Bank Group, Alice worked for Geneva Global, an American philanthropic consulting company that provides a full range of advice and services to help individuals, foundations, corporations, and nonprofits in their social change initiatives. She also worked for the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR-Rwanda), a leading independent, not-for-profit research and policy analysis Think Tank in Rwanda.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the National University of Rwanda and a Master’s Degree in International Development from Andrews University in Michigan.
